Manager-Submission Data Delivery

Role: The position focuses on supporting Lilly's clinical data submission processes within the Statistics, Data, and Analytics (SDnA) department. Responsibilities include project coordination of data submissions, ensuring data quality and compliance with regulatory standards, and process improvement initiatives to optimize submission workflows. It involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, vendors, and global partners to deliver high-quality data sets and submission deliverables aligned with data strategy. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; experience in clinical data management, drug development, or related areas; proficiency with clinical programming languages like SAS or R; knowledge of data standards such as CDISC SDTM and ADaM; and understanding of global regulatory requirements (ICH, GCP). Preferred skills include experience with RIM, eCTD, and familiarity with pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics data. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities, with domestic and international travel possible. It is a full-time position with salary range approximately $65,250 - $148,500, based in the U.S., supporting Lilly’s mission to deliver impactful medicines and support communities worldwide.
