Manager - Statistical Programming (Hybrid)

Role: Manager of Statistical Programming responsible for leading programming activities within AbbVie's Neuroscience research team, overseeing data development, analysis, and regulatory documentation for early-stage drug development. Responsibilities: direct a team of statistical programmers, plan resource allocation, ensure timely and quality deliverables, develop SAS programs for ADaM data sets per CDISC standards, generate tables, listings, figures, and review regulatory submission documents; develop standard macros and SOPs; mentor team members. Requirements: Bachelor's in Statistics or Mathematics, 8+ years (or 10+ with Bachelor's) in statistical programming, extensive SAS expertise, deep understanding of CDISC standards and ADaM development, prior team leadership experience; knowledge of drug development processes.
