Manager - Statistical Programming (Hybrid)

Role: Manager of Statistical Programming leading a team within AbbVie's Neuroscience research and development. Objectives: oversee statistical programming activities for early-stage neuroscience compounds, ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: lead programming efforts for ADaM data sets, Tables, Listings, and Figures; develop SAS programs following CDISC standards; manage resource planning; ensure timely and consistent deliverables; create regulatory documentation; mentor team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Statistics or Mathematics; 10+ years relevant experience (8+ with a Master’s); proven team leadership; expertise in SAS programming, ADaM development, TLF generation, and CDISC standards; experience with regulatory filings preferred.
