Manager, Statistical Programming

Role: Manager of Statistical Programming leading a team in early pharmaceutical development. Responsibilities: oversee programming activities for specific compounds or therapeutic areas, ensure timely and quality deliverables, develop and validate SAS programs for ADaM data sets, Tables, Listings, Figures, and standard macros, and create regulatory documentation. Lead resource planning, mentor staff, and ensure consistency across studies and submissions. Requirements: MS in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or BS with 10+ years; proven leadership of statistical programming teams; deep expertise in SAS, CDISC standards, drug development processes, and regulatory filings.
