Manager/Sr. Manager, Training & Quality Systems (GxP Quality Training)

Primary responsibilities:
- Manage GxP Quality Training program and LMS training architecture (design, guide, evaluate, implement).
- Create/revise role-based training curricula aligned to functional responsibilities.
- Manage Quality onboarding training: facilitate onboarding, verify accounts, assign curricula in LMS.
- Collaborate with SMEs to create/revise training SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.
- Design/produce digital learning (web-based training, videos, interactive modules); co-create/cure self-paced multimedia assets.
- Advise SMEs on content conceptualization/sharing.
- Train/support employees on LMS use; develop training material using instructional design principles.
- Facilitate GxP training as needed.
- Oversee training compliance, publish training reports, escalate issues; support LMS upgrades/change management.
- Support closure of relevant Quality System records; improve training program/LMS/content.
- Support Quality Management Review effectiveness metrics; support audits/regulatory inspections with training documentation.
- Respond to training inquiries; ensure compliance of training-related records (resumes/CVs, signature ID cards, job descriptions); manage Annual GxP refresher training content.

Required/other requirements:
- Knowledge of GxP and Quality Systems principles (US/EU and other regulatory guidance).
- Instructional design for adult learning; ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear digital content.
- Organization, cross-functional teamwork, strong written/verbal communication; can train in 1:1 and groups.
- Works independently with minimal supervision; continuous improvement mindset.
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience administering electronic learning management systems.
- Life sciences or other highly regulated industry training program administration experience.

Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Experience:
- Manager: 2+ years instructional design/scripting for digital formats; 2+ years digital learning formats/tools; 2+ years adult learning theory.
- Sr. Manager: 6+ years instructional design/scripting; 6+ years digital learning formats/tools; 6+ years adult learning theory.

Compensation:
- Salary Range: $124,630–$179,220 USD.
