Operations
Primary Responsibilities
- Field Sales Analytics & Reporting: Develop, enhance, and govern standardized sales reports/dashboards (KPIs, call activity, customer engagement, product performance). Analyze sales trends, customer activity, market dynamics, and field performance to identify opportunities/risks and recommended actions across territories, accounts, and products. Partner cross-functionally to deliver data-driven insights. Distribute timely, accurate, actionable metrics to field and HQ stakeholders.
- Incentive Compensation Support: Support design, administration, modeling, and evaluation of sales incentive compensation programs. Implement quality controls for incentive data/calculations/outputs to ensure fairness and plan alignment. Provide compensation reporting, payout modeling, performance tracking, variance analysis, and IC plan acknowledgment. Prepare incentive plan and IC Committee materials.
- Territory Alignments & Field Support: Manage territory alignment (roster governance, assignments, account ownership changes, hierarchy updates, field communication). Ensure alignment data is current across CRM, reporting, compensation, and downstream systems. Lead analytical support for realignments, launches, and org changes. Maintain master data/business rules for territory/customer/field hierarchies.
- Data Management & Systems: Manage inputs/quality controls across internal/external sources for CRM/reporting/analytics usability. Optimize CRM tools, workflows, reporting processes, and data management.

Skills & Requirements
- Strong analytical/quantitative skills; convert sales/customer/market data into recommendations.
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts) and strong CRM knowledge.
- Power BI (or similar) data visualization experience.
- Data integrity focus; experience with quality-control processes.
- Manage multiple priorities; strong written/verbal communication and stakeholder influence.
- Database management/coding preferred.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business/Analytics preferred).
- 5–8+ years in sales analytics/commercial ops/field ops/incentive comp/business analytics (life sciences/biotech/pharma preferred).
- Experience with sales reporting, incentive comp, territory alignment, targeting, and field performance analytics.
- Experience with commercial data sources, CRM platforms, third-party data vendors, and reporting tools.

Compensation
- Manager: $102,000–$142,000; Senior Manager: $136,000–$188,000.

Travel: 5%.
