Major Responsibilities:
- Manage activities from strategic sourcing to contracting, aligned with the defined category strategic vision.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policy and execute tactical processes to support supplier diversity and sustainability.
- Drive supplier management in alignment with the SRM strategy (as determined by Procurement Lead and Category Managers).
- Implement risk mitigation plans developed with Category Managers, providing tactical input on supplier performance and communicating procurement risks.
- Maintain excellence in contract execution (source-to-contract and requisition-to-pay), identifying process design/execution inefficiencies.
- Enable savings and assurance of supply; manage savings leakage across downstream procurement processes.
- Administer continuous improvement projects initiated by the PSC team.
- Lead and nurture a team of Specialists: set performance targets, coach, and evaluate performance.
- Partner with PSC leaders and business partners to define skillsets, workforce requirements, capability needs, and long-term staffing goals.

Qualifications:
- Tactical expertise implementing procurement processes (source-to-contract planning and cost assessment).
- Strong experience in the relevant category area; ability to tailor processes to category needs.
- Ability to manage bidding and negotiation; implement complex long-term projects while building effective supplier relationships.
- Experience managing collaborative supplier relationships aligned to business needs.
- Innovative, solution-oriented problem-solving and communication.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.
- Strong soft skills and emotional intelligence.
- Executive functioning, autonomy, and ability to build consensus.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Mgmt, or related field.
- Minimum 7 yearsโ€™ experience in procurement, supply chain, or related business/operations.
- Previous team management experience; comprehensive understanding of procurement operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Pharmaceutical industry knowledge preferred.
