Manager, Site Engagement & Feasibility

Role: Manage site engagement and feasibility activities for clinical trials, serving as primary liaison with key sites and investigators. Responsibilities: lead site-specific engagement strategies, oversee feasibility assessments, support startup planning, monitor vendor performance, and ensure high-quality trial execution. Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate feasibility strategies, report progress, and optimize processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 6+ years in clinical research with focus on site feasibility, engagement, or study startup; experience managing clinical vendors and interpreting site data. Proficiency with clinical trial systems and tools, strong communication and analytical skills. Preferred: advanced degree in health-related field, familiarity with innovative engagement tools. High-Value: experience in late-stage (Ph1-3) clinical trials, site management, or study startup, with emphasis on operational excellence; up to 20% travel; hybrid work model.
