Manager, Shop Floor Quality Assurance, Cell Therapy

Role: Manager of Shop Floor Quality Assurance for Bristol Myers Squibb's Cell Therapy Facility, overseeing quality activities on the manufacturing floor during the 6am-6pm shift. Responsibilities: lead a team of 4-8 specialists, ensure compliance with cGMP, oversee manufacturing, QC labs, and warehouse operations, review batch records in real-time, and resolve manufacturing issues. Serve as SME for deviations, CAPAs, and quality systems; develop standard work; promote safety and continuous improvement; and mentor staff. Qualifications: Bachelor's in STEM preferred, 6+ years of cGMP experience including shop floor QA, with strong knowledge of quality systems (deviation, CAPA, batch records), aseptic/sterile environments, and FDA/EMA regulations. Experience with electronic systems like MES, SAP, TrackWise is desired. Skills include data interpretation, cross-functional communication, leadership, and problem-solving.
