Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary ServiceNow Solution Architect for an assigned process area (e.g., Incident, Change, CMDB, Discovery), owning design and implementation of scalable, secure solutions within Iris.
- Own architectural design/configuration for a ServiceNow domain from requirements through production support.
- Translate business needs into scalable solutions aligned with enterprise standards and long-term strategy; use configuration first.
- Apply disciplined Business Rules/Script Includes practices (reuse, encapsulation, maintainability).
- Design/maintain ACLs (role/group strategy, least privilege, performance, audit readiness).
- Exercise strong judgment on configuration vs. customization; support de-customization and upgrade readiness.
- Act as domain SME; support design reviews, backlog refinement, and complex issue resolution.
- Partner with platform leadership (M2) to align domain solutions with upgrade plans, architectural standards, and GenAI initiatives.

Qualifications (Required):
- 5+ years hands-on (not delegated) ServiceNow platform solution design.
- Experience implementing Business Rules, Script Includes, and ACLs in an enterprise environment.
- Deep expertise in at least one process area (Incident, Change, CMDB, ITOM, GRC).
- Strong judgment re: performance, security, maintainability, and upgrade impact.
- Ability to explain technical design decisions to technical and functional stakeholders.

Preferred:
- 2+ current ServiceNow certifications (CIS-ITSM/CMDB/ITOM, CAD, CSA).
- Production experience with Now Assist (enablement, troubleshooting, adoption support).
- Experience with major ServiceNow upgrades and managing upgrade-impacting customizations.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Anticipated base pay: $102,000–$177,100.
