What You’ll Do
We are seeking a strategist to lead Omnichannel & Media efforts for our first approved commercial product. Reporting to the Associate Director, Digital Marketing, you will translate brand strategy into an integrated, field-aligned media plan and ensure seamless execution across HCP and patient audiences.

Responsibilities
- Lead omnichannel efforts by owning and managing the integrated digital plan and aligning channel tactics to brand strategy and clinical milestones.
- Develop and execute digital and media strategies across websites, email, SEO, organic social, and paid media.
- Maintain measurement framework: define KPIs, tagging plans, dashboards, and optimization processes.
- Lead agency/vendor management across media, web development, CRM operations, and creative partners.
- Ensure digital touchpoints reflect scientific accuracy, brand integrity, privacy policies, and target-audience optimization.
- Evaluate and lead test/pilot opportunities for digital innovation.
- Advise on translating complex scientific/clinical content into accessible digital formats.
- Build scalable omnichannel processes/templates for repeatable future launches.

Where You’ll Work
Hybrid: 2x/week in San Francisco and 1x/week in Palo Alto.

Qualifications
- 6+ years relevant experience with a strong focus on paid media.
- Successful product launch experience required.
- Biotech/pharma experience preferred; rare disease experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with content/channel strategy, website optimization, and SEO in regulated environments.
- Familiarity with pharma/biotech stacks (CRM, marketing automation, CMS, Veeva ecosystem).
- Familiarity with MLR process, healthcare compliance, HIPAA/privacy, and digital accessibility.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration; self-starter who can define objectives and pivot.
