Manager / Senior Manager, Data Analytics

Role: Manager/Senior Manager, Data Analytics within Commercial Analytics, focused on managing and integrating diverse data sources to generate insights supporting commercial decision-making. Responsibilities: oversee data management, ensure data integrity and governance, develop and maintain reports and dashboards (Power BI, Excel), analyze datasets to identify trends, and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Market Access, Finance, and Sales. Qualifications: bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or related field; 5+ years in data analytics, BI, or commercial reporting, preferably within biopharma; expertise with IQVIA, Definitive Healthcare, SQL, Power BI, Excel; strong analytical, data management, and communication skills. High-Value: experience working with external data vendors, commercial metrics, and analytics in biotech/pharma environments. Work setup: role level (Manager/Sr. Manager) based on experience, with some travel (~10%) and a focus on life sciences or biotech sectors.
