POSITION: Manager, Salesforce Targeting & Engagement Analytics

POSITION DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, build, and operationalize Salesforce-based field targeting and HCP engagement analytics for inline and launch neuroscience brands.
- Integrate multiple commercial data sources and develop analytic frameworks supporting field deployment, omnichannel planning, and commercialization strategy.
- Design/manage Salesforce targeting, segmentation, and field deployment using IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo, EMR/EHR, and SP data.
- Build longitudinal HCP analytics using SQL/Python in Databricks/Snowflake by integrating claims, Veeva CRM, SP onboarding, and payer access signals.
- Develop engagement measurement for Salesforce and omnichannel (NPP/DTC) using campaign metadata and behavioral analytics.
- Lead secondary commercial analyses (claims, CRM, market data) and direct offshore analytical resources as needed.
- Conduct test–control and A/B experimentation to quantify incremental impact and identify drivers of HCP engagement and Rx behavior.
- Analyze marketing performance to surface trends, KPI shifts, and whitespace insights.
- Execute ad-hoc analytics to size market opportunities and partner on MRP planning/channel activation.
- Diagnose funnel leakage and incorporate payer dynamics into targeting/segmentation/pull-through analytics.
- Translate analytics into scenario-based recommendations; standardize measurement logic, code assets, and reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align analytic workflows to commercialization milestones.
- Support launch and inline franchises; up to 15% remote work allowed.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s in Business Administration (or related) + 3 years qualitative analytics in pharma, OR Bachelor’s + 5 years.
- Experience analyzing secondary data (brand performance, prescriber behavior, market trends) using specialty pharmacy/867/IQVIA-Symphony-Komodo claims data.
- Experience evaluating marketing campaigns via split testing.
- Salesforce Targeting Data Analytics Integration project experience.
- Ability to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- SQL & Python for data retrieval/manipulation; design Tableau dashboards.
- Manage multiple analytics projects and perform root-cause analysis.
