Manager, Sales Operations & Analytics

Role: Manager of Sales Operations supporting Arrowhead's late-stage cardiometabolic therapeutic, Redemplo (FDA-approved for FCS, in late-stage for SHTG), contributing to commercial strategy execution. Responsibilities: develop and implement sales targets, target setting, incentive compensation plans, and optimize CRM and sales data infrastructure; support field alignment, territory mapping, and resource allocation; build and improve operational processes; generate business insights by tracking KPIs; coordinate vendor and fleet management; collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams. Requirements: Bachelor's in business or life sciences; 5+ years in sales, analytics, or sales operations within biopharma or related fields; experience building processes and systems in dynamic environments; strong data and analytical skills; organizational aptitude; willingness to travel up to 20%. Preferred: biotech/pharma experience, especially in cardiometabolic diseases; consulting background beneficial.
