Manager, Reporting & Insights

Role: Manager, Reporting & Insights in Digital Solutions to enhance R&D digital capabilities through project and portfolio management, analytics, automation, and AI. Responsibilities: partner with stakeholders to understand workflows and data needs, develop and configure solutions within scientific and business platforms, lead delivery, ensure adoption, and develop dashboards and visualizations for decision support. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, 5+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred: experience with business process improvement, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), AI/automation, SQL, APIs, and experience in regulated industries like pharmaceuticals or healthcare. High-value: focus on R&D digital transformation, scientific platform configuration, analytics, AI-enabled solutions, and cross-functional collaboration. Location: on-site in Johns Creek, GA or Fort Worth, TX; travel up to 10%.
