Manager, Reporting & Insights

Role: Manager, Reporting & Insights in Digital Solutions within R&D, focusing on enhancing digital tools, analytics, automation, and AI to improve decision-making, streamline processes, and boost productivity. Responsibilities: partner with stakeholders to understand workflows, identify digital opportunities, translate needs into use cases and configurations, develop and support platform solutions, create dashboards and reports, and coordinate with IT/vendors on upgrades and integrations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years relevant experience; proficiency in project/portfolio management platforms, analytics, automation, and AI tools; strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred: experience in biotech/pharma industries, developing business intelligence solutions, working with Power Platform, Power BI, Tableau, SageMaker, automation, APIs, and low-code platforms; background in regulated environments like pharmaceuticals or medical devices, particularly in R&D, project management, or scientific processes. Work setup: on-site in Johns Creek, GA or Fort Worth, TX, with up to 10% travel.
