Manager, Quality Control

Role: Manager of Quality Control (RMS), responsible for overseeing QC activities within a regulated biopharma environment, ensuring compliance with quality standards, processes, and controls. Responsibilities include managing QC operations, leading investigations of deviations/non-conformances, monitoring performance data for trends, implementing quality improvements, and collaborating with Operations and QA teams. Provides technical guidance, manages team performance, and maintains regulatory compliance with standards such as animal welfare regulations (AAALAC, USDA). Qualifications: Bachelor's in science, engineering, or related field; 7+ years of experience in regulated environments such as biotech, pharma, or CRO industries, with strong knowledge of quality systems, investigations, and data analysis. Preferred skills include experience with regulatory standards, quality management systems, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvements. High-value specifics: experience with regulated biopharma operations, quality investigations, and compliance standards; ability to travel up to 20%. Work setup: full-time, on-site, with travel as needed.
