Manager, QA Operations

Role: Manager, QA Operations at Alcon overseeing quality activities supporting manufacturing, packaging, and release at Fort Worth, TX. Responsibilities: provide QA oversight ensuring compliance with FDA, EU GMP, ISO; manage investigations, deviations, CAPAs, change controls; review batch records, support product disposition, and uphold quality systems; lead a team of QA professionals and support audits and inspections. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years relevant experience, 3+ years leadership; strong knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP, ISO standards; expertise in investigations, risk management, and quality systems; excellent communication and analytical skills. Preferred: proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, strategic thinking, and proficiency with electronic documentation platforms. High-Value: biologics manufacturing, regulated environment, quality oversight of production activities, on-site with up to 10% travel. Work setup: onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST.
