Manager, PX, GWE, Workplace Experience

Role: Manage workplace experience strategy for North America Commercial sites at Pfizer's Collegeville location, focusing on creating an engaging and efficient colleague environment. Responsibilities: develop and implement a unified service model covering soft services (reception, cafeteria, housekeeping), hospitality, and workspace activation; partner with Global Workplace Experience (GWE), Integrated Facility Management (IFM) providers, and site leadership; oversee service delivery, space utilization, workplace design, and transformation initiatives; lead cross-site projects and manage vendor relationships. Qualifications: bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience or equivalent; 5-10 years in workplace experience, facilities, hospitality, or related fields, ideally within multi-site environments; strong understanding of colleague-facing services, stakeholder influence, and program management; proficient in workplace technology, data analysis, and vendor management.
