Manager, PX, GWE, Soft Services & Hospitality Lead, Bothell

Role: Soft Services and Hospitality Leader responsible for delivering and enhancing workplace services within Pfizer's R&D infrastructure. Objectives: create an engaging, compliant, and efficient work environment supporting research functions. Responsibilities: oversee facilities management including aseptic cleaning, sample handling, conference services, and employee onboarding; manage vendor performance through KPIs and regular reviews; ensure GxP compliance, safety, and quality standards; lead Workplace Experience strategy to improve employee experience; handle budget management, data accuracy, and reporting; support audits and compliance requirements; and coordinate with global stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in pharmaceutical facilities or operations, or equivalent experience; strong leadership, operational excellence, vendor management, and communication skills; experience supporting scientific or GxP labs preferred. High-Value: focus on pharmaceutical R&D environments with GxP and cGxP compliance, supporting scientific labs, aseptic manufacturing, and research spaces. Work setup: on-premise in Bothell, occasional after-hours and travel may be required, supporting business continuity and emergency responses.
