Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Promotional Review Committee (PRC) process for assigned Bausch Pharma business units in compliance with the PRC SOP.
- Partner with commercial teams and PRC reviewers (Legal, Medical, Regulatory) to ensure timely, compliant approvals of promotional materials.
- Prioritize materials and establish timelines for high-volume periods (launches, meetings, new campaigns).
- Hold weekly status meetings; coordinate daily operations with advertising agencies and internal creative.
- Manage job lifecycle in Veeva Vault (chair PRC meetings, create agendas, update status reports, facilitate approvals).
- Perform copy editing/proofing to ensure approved changes are incorporated with no unsolicited edits.
- Ensure closed-loop documentation in Veeva Vault; monitor workflow status for tactics.
- Verify distribution packages; provide escalation support.
- Partner with print production/HH GLOBAL, print warehouse, DAM librarian; support label updates.
- Partner with Regulatory Affairs/Operations to ensure 2253/OPDP submissions are complete prior to use.
- Lead/support trainings and Lunch & Learns.
Skills:
- Strong written/verbal/interpersonal communication; collaborative style.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented; strong cross-functional relationship building.
- Proven project management; effective multitasking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business Admin, Biology/Life Sciences, or Communications preferred).
- 6+ years healthcare/pharmaceutical experience in a similar role.
- Veeva Vault PromoMats expertise (3+ years).
Comp/Benefits (if you qualify):
- Base pay: $120K–$165K; eligible for annual bonus or sales incentive plan.
