Manager, Project Management Operations

Role: Manage and optimize project management operations within Janux's oncology and autoimmune drug development programs, focusing on establishing scalable workflows and integrated timelines. Responsibilities: serve as Smartsheet SME and administrator, lead system implementation and automation, develop cross-functional project plans, monitor critical milestones, support regulatory submissions (INDs), and facilitate program operations such as meetings, risk tracking, and milestone monitoring. Requirements: Bachelor's in life sciences or related field; 5+ years in project or clinical operations, preferably supporting oncology or autoimmune programs; expert-level experience with Smartsheet, including automation and dashboard creation; strong understanding of drug development processes across Regulatory, Clinical, and CMC functions; excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
