Manager, Project Management - Large Molecule

Role: Manager, Project Management – Large Molecules at Insmed, leading biologics pipeline projects from research to commercial readiness. Responsibilities include guiding cross-functional CMC teams through tech transfer, process development, and regulatory submission; managing timelines, risks, and external partnerships (CDMOs); and supporting resource planning. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years' project management experience in biologics or large molecule development; knowledge of upstream/downstream processing, drug product manufacturing, and regulatory processes. Preferred: PMP certification; experience with mAbs, recombinant proteins, or cell/gene therapies. High-Value: biologics, process development, CMC, cross-functional leadership, global stakeholder engagement. Work setup: hybrid in Bridgewater, NJ, with occasional global travel (~20%).
