Role: Lead portfolio and program management for RNAscope projects within Bio-Techne's Spatial Biology Division, overseeing the Newark-based PMO. Responsibilities: manage RNAscope NPI, sustaining, and strategic initiatives; facilitate portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and reporting; lead cross-functional project teams from concept to post-launch; supervise and develop a team of project managers; ensure compliance with product commercialization standards and PMO governance. Qualifications: Masterβs or Ph.D. in a scientific field; 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in life sciences, biotech, diagnostics, or medical devices; PMP or equivalent certification preferred; strong expertise in managing complex, cross-functional projects, with knowledge of regulated products (e.g., IVDR, GPR). Skills: advanced planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and communication; proficiency with project management tools; excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities; highly organized and adaptable. High-Value: spatial genomics and in-vitro diagnostics, product development stages from NPI to post-launch, cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, Operations, and Commercial teams, and working in a regulated GxP environment. Work setup: Newark, New Jersey, with leadership responsibilities across the division.
