Responsibilities:
- Direct operational support of product data configuration to ensure accurate translations of demand to cell therapy supply.
- Provide onboarding/training for stakeholders on the product data configuration process.
- Support product launch excellence strategies.
- Support new materials onboarding with ERP entries and guidance on site implementations.
- Intake and enter master data requests in the IBP planning system.
- Provide quality oversight of master data in ERP and planning systems.
- Develop/document processes with other functional data owners to maintain data integrity.
- Provide training for Supply Chain Planning System users.
- Partner with Business Process Management (BPM) and IT for enhanced solutions and data management.
- Define/implement service level agreements and performance targets for key applications/services.
- Coordinate cross-site integration of master data inputs, procedures, governance policies, and systems boundaries.
- Provide visibility on delivered service levels to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal/external requirements, regulations, and procedures.
- Onboard, train, mentor new staff and help develop the Product Data Management group.

Qualifications/Skills (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering.
- 2–4 years in master data management interacting with materials management, manufacturing operations, demand planning, quality, supplier QA, finance, and regulatory organizations.
- Strong process development/data skills, interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, leadership/teamwork.
- Advanced time management/organizational skills; strong project management.
- PC experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Skills (Preferred):
- Oracle EBS / Advanced Supply Chain Planning or SAP experience.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Starting pay ranges: $91,450–$121,890 (site/location dependent). Health coverage; 401(k); disability and life insurance.
