Position Summary:
- Establish and manage processes and procedures to identify, integrate, and align key cell therapy product data across sites and systems supporting commercial and clinical operations.
- Identify data owners; define, coordinate, and document data management processes (roles/responsibilities) for data entry, reporting, and exception handling in IBP planning systems and the ERP landscape.
- Implement data governance standards across data stewards to support acquisition, alignment, sequencing, and timely entry of key data elements in a multi-system, multi-site, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Define workflows for proper alignment and sequenced data entry.
- Develop/refine global product data management (PDM) processes using available tools and system functionality.
- Ensure timely data accuracy, input, and readiness; maintain cross-functional support for data integrity and alignment.
- Provide operational support for product data configuration translating demand to cell therapy supply.
- Onboard/train stakeholders; provide training for Supply Chain Planning System users.
- Support product launch excellence strategies; support new materials onboarding (ERP entries as needed) and site implementation guidance.
- Intake/enter master data requests in IBP; provide quality oversight in ERP and planning systems.
- Partner with BPM and IT for enhanced solutions and capabilities.
- Define/implement service level agreements and performance targets; coordinate cross-site integration; provide service-level visibility.
- Ensure compliance with internal/external requirements and procedures.
- Onboard/train/mentor new staff; help develop the Product Data Management group.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Bachelorβs degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering.
- 2β4 years in master data management interacting with materials management, manufacturing operations, demand planning, quality, supplier QA, finance, and regulatory organizations.
- Strong process development and data savvy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; attention to detail.
- Hands-on team leader/team player; initiative, accountability, professional maturity.
- Advanced time management/organizational skills; strong project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Oracle EBS / Advanced Supply Chain Planning or SAP experience preferred.
