The Manager, Procurement Management is responsible for managing the entire procurement process, from strategic sourcing to contracting, ensuring detailed execution aligned with category strategic vision. This role oversees supplier selection and management, maintains compliance with procurement policies, and executes tactical processes for supplier diversity and sustainability.

Responsibilities:
- Manage activities from strategic sourcing to contracting, ensuring effective and detailed execution aligned with category strategic vision.
- Maintain compliance with procurement policy and execute supplier diversity and sustainability requirements to create value.
- Drive supplier management and alignment to SRM strategy as determined by Procurement Lead and Category Managers.
- Implement risk mitigation plans with Category Managers; provide tactical input on supplier performance and communicate procurement risks.
- Ensure excellence in contract execution activities (source to contract and requisition to pay), identifying inefficiencies in process design and execution.
- Enable savings and assurance of supply; manage savings leakage across downstream procurement processes.
- Administer continuous improvement projects initiated by the PSC team.
- Lead and nurture a team of Specialists: set performance targets, coach, and evaluate performance.
- Partner with other Procurement leaders and business partners to define skillsets, workforce requirements, capability needs, and staffing goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Mgmt, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related business/operations.
- Experience managing teams and strong understanding of procurement operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
