Manager, Procurement

Role: Lead plant procurement for Bausch + Lomb's Consumables Operating unit across multiple sites, ensuring uninterrupted supply, cost savings, and supplier performance. Responsibilities: develop and execute procurement strategies for direct and indirect materials, lead a procurement team, manage supplier negotiations, oversee contract execution, and drive continuous improvement.
