Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement from strategic sourcing to contracting, ensuring execution aligned with the category strategic vision.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policy and deliver supplier diversity and sustainability requirements.
- Drive supplier management aligned to SRM strategy, in partnership with Procurement Lead and Category Managers.
- Implement risk mitigation plans with Category Managers; provide tactical input on supplier performance and communicate procurement risks.
- Oversee contract execution excellence across source-to-contract and requisition-to-pay; identify inefficiencies in process design and execution.
- Enable savings and assurance of supply; manage savings leakage across downstream procurement processes.
- Administer continuous improvement projects initiated by the PSC team.
- Lead and coach a team of Specialists; set performance targets and evaluate performance.
- Partner with procurement and business leaders to define skillsets, workforce requirements, capability needs, and long-term staffing goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related business/operations.
- Prior experience managing teams and strong understanding of procurement operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Pharmaceutical industry knowledge preferred.
