Manager Process Maintenance
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, management, and technical consultation for day-to-day Process Maintenance Group operations across skilled technicians.
- Oversee contracts for process maintenance projects and coordinate work with internal departments, contractors, and external agencies while maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Manage and lead a Process Maintenance Group and outside contractors/vendors to keep assets in compliance and support the production schedule.
- Develop and implement changes to Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Collaborate with other department managers to maintain Process Equipment and promote a safe working environment.
- Lead development of people, policies, and procedures for the department/division/organization.
- Supervise corrective and preventative maintenance programs for process areas and equipment; oversee resolution of Process Maintenance issues.
- Manage investigations, coordinate study teams, and complete investigation documentation.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Associateβs Degree in Engineering or other technical field.
- Associate Manager: 8+ years as a maintenance professional; 4+ years in a pharmaceutical or other cGMP environment; 4+ years in a leadership role.
- Manager: 9+ years as a maintenance professional; 5+ years in a pharmaceutical or other cGMP environment; 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Senior Manager: 10+ years as a maintenance professional; 6+ years in a pharmaceutical or other cGMP environment; 6+ years in a leadership role.
- Equivalent combination of education and industry experience may be considered; level determined by relevant qualifications.
