Responsibilities:
- Lead complex improvement projects related to process improvements from corporate goal to project result.
- Agree with project sponsors on expected savings, budget, project quality, and implementation deadlines; manage projects within pre-defined boundaries.
- Drive project governance, strategy deployment, CI tools and culture; broaden use of Lean Six Sigma tools across the organization.
- Enhance organizational effectiveness as a Change Agent for strategy deployment.
- Coach teams toward their vision of professional excellence.
Responsibilities (details):
- Manage assigned and self-directed initiatives and projects aligned to corporate goals.
- Provide governance, set priorities, and ensure efficient/effective project management and resource use; coordinate with management and operations for successful implementation.
- Define value proposition and create a portfolio of services; improve processes/systems and develop people to create more customer value.
- Implement applicable practices and ensure widespread adoption as a change agent.
- Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships; influence change and gain support from key partners.
- Develop, maintain, and administer training/education programs on continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma, kaizen).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master of Science in Engineering, Economics, Business Management, or related field.
- 8+ yearsβ experience in Operations, Quality, Financial Management, or Supply Chain Management.
- Hands-on experience with Lean manufacturing, 6-Sigma, and advanced planning/control methods.
- Proven capability to manage and implement change management programs.
- Experience as a Project Lead and/or Project Team member with proven accomplishments.
- Ability to lead and coach multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration (Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain).
- Practical knowledge of SAP/JDA or similar systems.
