Manager, Process Excellence

Role: The Manager of Process Excellence leads process improvement initiatives within biopharma, focusing on specimen management and lab workflows, with broader immersion in upstream/downstream functions. Objectives: Drive sustainable process enhancements, cost savings, and profitability through innovative approaches and a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional transformation projects, develop future operational models, implement process control systems, facilitate kaizen events, and support change management. Requirements: Bachelor's in Science, Engineering, or Technology with 5+ years of experience in process improvement, business operations, or management consulting; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent preferred. High-Value: Experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or biopharma settings; familiarity with FDA, CLIA, and CAP regulations; strong leadership in transformation initiatives; knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and business process management tools. WorkSetup: Travel domestically and internationally up to 15%; based in Boston, MA.
