About the role:
Join Takeda as a Manager, Patient and HCP Marketer (Hematology) portfolio in Cambridge, MA. Manage strategic marketing initiatives across the Hematology portfolio, including patient-focused conference activities and national sponsorships, and support cross-portfolio initiatives aligned with overall franchise strategy.

How you will contribute:
- Manage strategic execution of patient-focused conferences (creative development, booth build, and on-site execution) with the CES team.
- Lead patient national sponsorship advertising (e.g., digital banners, podcasts, and conference website outreach) aligned to patient marketing strategy.
- Implement patient promotional materials, messaging, and programming with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Manage cross-portfolio Hematology initiatives (stakeholder outreach, label updates, promotional/non-promotional activity, and inventory management).
- Collaborate with cross-functional and field teams to optimize content using patient and HCP insights and support engagement in the bleeding disorders community.
- Coordinate with HCP Marketing, Patient Marketing, CES, Digital/Omnichannel, Patient Services, Medical, Regulatory, Legal/Compliance, Business Insights & Competitive Intelligence, and Communications to support patient and HCP educational needs.
- Ensure compliance with review/approval processes and represent initiatives at Promotional Review Team (PRT) meetings.
- Manage budgets in line with Finance and Leadership guidance.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- 5+ years relevant experience; 2–5 years pharmaceutical marketing experience (direct or agency).
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Client services experience at a creative agency welcomed.
- Self-starter; can navigate ambiguity; strong problem-solving.
- Strong project management and results orientation, including budget management.
- Ability to navigate promotional review process.
- Understand and partner with other functional areas.
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated use of data/analytics/insights.
- Ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects.
