Primary Responsibilities
Patient Access & Services Operations
- Support day-to-day execution of patient/customer access programs, including hub services and specialty pharmacy free drug/bridge programs.
- Serve as an operational point of contact for patient services vendors; escalate issues/trends to leadership.
- Support benefit verification, benefit adjudication, and claims adjudication by monitoring operational performance and identifying access-related issues.
- Track and report patient access metrics, service levels, and operational trends.
- Partner with Market Access, Sales, Operations, and Finance to resolve access-related issues impacting therapy initiation/continuation.

Trade & Distribution Operations
- Support daily operational activities with 3PL providers, wholesalers, distributors, and specialty pharmacy partners to ensure timely/accurate product distribution.
- Assist with onboarding and implementation of new distribution partners and customer accounts.
- Monitor trade partner activity for alignment with Distribution Services Agreements; escalate discrepancies/issues.
- Review daily trade sales, ordering activity, and inventory movement to align with demand/channel expectations.
- Support product return processes per the Returns Policy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance
- Communicate across Sales, Market Access, Operations, Finance, Legal, Production, and Compliance.
- Support internal audits, documentation, and reporting for trade and patient access operations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and recommend process improvements/operational efficiencies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or related preferred).
- 5–8 years pharmaceutical industry experience with hands-on trade operations, patient services operations, market access operations, logistics, or supply chain.
- Knowledge of WAC pricing fundamentals, ASP concepts, indirect distribution and chargebacks, direct distribution via 3PLs, and DSCSA/serialization basics.
- Experience with hub services/patient access programs/specialty pharmacy/free drug programs preferred.
- Strong organization, detail orientation, problem-solving, cross-functional communication, and comfort in a regulated environment.
- Ability to analyze operational data and identify trends/issues.
- Limited travel up to 5%.
