Role: Manager of Partner Success & Membership Care Network Marketing, focused on launching and scaling Caris Detect's early cancer detection programs across diverse healthcare provider networks. Responsibilities include developing onboarding processes, educational resources, marketing toolkits, communication campaigns, and scalable programs to enhance partner adoption, engagement, and long-term growth. The role involves close collaboration with Commercial, Clinical Care, Product Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Operations teams to ensure effective integration, support, and continuous improvement of partner experiences. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; 5+ years in customer-facing marketing, onboarding, or commercial enablement within healthcare, diagnostics, biotech, or complex industries; proven success in developing programs that drive adoption and growth; strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills. Preferred: MBA or advanced degree; experience with provider networks, diagnostics, healthcare technology launch, or regulated healthcare environments. High-Value: Focus on healthcare provider networks including longevity clinics, concierge practices, health systems, and employer programs; supporting diagnostic or screening products; scaling programs to support patient and provider engagement; travel up to 25% for conferences and partner launches.
