How youโll make an impact:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive patient recruitment and retention plans aligned with study enrollment objectives and timelines.
- Partner with Clinical Development and Clinical Operations to develop and implement study recruitment/retention strategies (central outreach campaigns; messaging/content; engagement strategies).
- Use RWD and external epidemiology/census data to understand disease burden and inform inclusive trial participant representation.
- Drive study-level engagement and recruitment of appropriate participant demographics.
- Develop creative concepts and campaign assets with creative agencies and internal reviewers.
- Oversee creation of patient/site toolkits (e.g., brochures, visit guides) customized by population and geography.
- Collaborate with study sites on tailored recruitment strategies based on local demographics.
- Present recruitment/retention strategies at investigator meetings and facilitate best-practice discussions.
- Lead referral management plans from referral to enrollment.
- Manage external recruitment/retention vendor relationships.
- Implement site and patient portals to streamline communication and enhance engagement.
- Track KPIs and use data analysis to refine strategies.
- Coordinate with clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and marketing for cohesive execution.
- Share learnings/best practices across trials; monitor industry trends and innovative recruitment solutions.
Skills and experience youโll bring:
- Bachelorโs degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years in patient recruitment/retention (biotech/pharma/CRO preferred).
- Strong clinical trial process and regulatory knowledge.
- Health literacy best practices; ability to translate complex info for patients.
- Proven immunology/inflammation recruitment campaign track record.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical/data interpretation skills.
- Vendor partnership management experience.
- Passion for patients and improving engagement.
Compensation (if applicable):
- Anticipated base salary: $115,000โ$215,000; eligible for annual bonus, equity participation, and comprehensive benefits.
