Manager, Operational Technology & Manufacturing Systems

Role: Senior leader overseeing operational technology and manufacturing systems at Axogen's Ohio facility, supporting manufacturing, quality, engineering, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing onsite OT, infrastructure, cybersecurity, vendor relationships, and supporting site expansion and digital initiatives. Lead and develop the OT support team, ensure compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and validation standards, and maintain audit-ready documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with operational needs, ensure system integrity, and support regulatory compliance. Oversee technology planning, project execution, and vendor performance, while supporting manufacturing system lifecycle management. Requirements: Bachelor's in IS, Computer Science, Engineering, or related; or 8+ years experience supporting enterprise/OT systems; 3+ years leading technical teams, managing vendors, and overseeing technology projects in regulated environments. Preferred: knowledge of GxP, Part 11, validation, cybersecurity, and manufacturing applications.
