Manager, OneHub External Partnerships

Role: Program manager overseeing vendor performance and strategic partnerships within AbbVie's Access and Affordability programs. Responsibilities: manage external hub vendors to ensure SLA compliance, quality, and regulatory standards; lead cross-functional stakeholder collaboration; participate in RFP processes with contract negotiation and pricing analysis; develop governance frameworks and optimize vendor performance through continuous improvement initiatives; monitor financial performance and mitigate operational risks; communicate progress and strategic insights to internal teams; lead a team responsible for vendor relationship management and performance tracking.
