Responsibilities
- Lead and govern Deliver Operations Planning execution across multi-region distribution centers and transportation partners.
- Ensure consistent application of Deliver planning standards; integrate into Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Lead global execution of Deliver Operations Planning; monitor performance and drive corrective actions.
- Lead supply and capacity planning across owned and 3PL distribution centers and transportation partners; manage capacity constraints, risks, and trade-offs.
- Own Deliver Operations Planning inputs/analysis/recommendations into IBP (Supply Review, Management Business Review); execute scenarios and trade-off analyses.
- Execute approved scenario planning (allocation, mode mix, network risks, launches) and provide operational/financial implications.
- Ensure governance/standards compliance using KPIs/indicators/maturity assessments; escalate risks/gaps/exceptions.
- Proactively identify operational risks/vulnerabilities; support mitigation and contingency planning.
- Lead and develop planning teams; partner with Regional Deliver Operations, E2E Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 6–8+ years supply chain/operations/deliver-network planning experience in global environments.
- Demonstrated leadership and IBP integration; strong matrix leadership and influence.
- Validated IBP ownership linked to P&L/working capital; understanding of order fulfillment (customer service, warehousing, transportation).
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Complex multi-region distribution/logistics network experience.
- Strong analytical and scenario planning/decision-framework skills; translate strategy into executable processes.
- 5+ years managerial experience; critical thinking and learning agility.
- APICS/CSCP/CLTD/CPIM and/or Lean Six Sigma; supply chain experience in medical device or pharmaceutical; deep financial-process understanding.
