Responsibilities
- Lead and govern Deliver operations planning execution across a multi-region network of distribution centers and transportation partners.
- Ensure consistent application of Deliver planning standards; integrate into Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Lead global execution; ensure regional teams operate within planning guardrails; monitor performance and drive corrective actions.
- Lead Deliver supply and capacity planning (owned and 3PL DCs and transportation partners); ensure visibility of constraints, risks, and trade-offs.
- Own Deliver planning inputs/analysis/recommendations into IBP (Supply Review, Management Business Review); execute scenarios and trade-off analyses.
- Execute scenarios for allocation, mode mix, network risks, and launches; provide operational/financial implications.
- Ensure governance/standards compliance via KPIs and maturity assessments; escalate exceptions.
- Proactively identify risks/vulnerabilities; support mitigation and contingency planning.
- Lead, coach, and develop planning teams; collaborate with cross-functional partners (E2E Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance).
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelorβs degree; advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive global supply/operations/Deliver or network planning experience; demonstrated leadership in Planning and IBP integration.
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence in a matrix organization.
- Minimum 6β8 years business experience (planning/deliver/strategy; large programs).
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment (Customer Service, Warehousing, Transportation); outstanding verbal and written communication.
- Preferred: 5+ years managerial experience; complex multi-region logistics network experience; strong analytical/scenario planning skills; translate strategy into executable processes.
- Other: Up to 10β15% domestic/international travel.
- Desirable: APICS/CSCP/CLTD/CPIM and/or Lean Six Sigma; medical device/pharma supply chain experience; deep financial process understanding.
