Key Responsibilities
- Lead global execution of Deliver Operations Planning activities within established planning frameworks and standards.
- Ensure regional planning teams operate consistently within agreed planning guardrails.
- Monitor planning performance and drive corrective actions.
- Lead Deliver supply and capacity planning across owned and 3PL distribution centers and transportation partners.
- Ensure timely visibility of capacity constraints, risks, and trade-offs across the Deliver network.
- Support regional Deliver teams executing capacity and labor plans aligned to business priorities.
- Own Deliver Operations Planning inputs, analysis, and recommendations into IBP (including Supply Review and Management Business Review).
- Execute Deliver planning scenarios and trade-off analyses; represent outcomes in IBP forums and leadership discussions.
- Execute approved scenario planning related to allocation, mode mix, network risks, and launches; provide operational and financial implications.
- Ensure compliance with global Deliver planning standards, controls, and governance expectations; monitor effectiveness via KPIs and maturity assessments; escalate risks/exceptions.
- Proactively identify operational risks/vulnerabilities; support mitigation and contingency planning; enable resilient outcomes through disciplined execution.
- Lead, coach, and develop planning teams; partner with cross-functional teams (Regional Deliver Operations, E2E Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance); communicate insights, risks, and trade-offs.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred).
- Extensive global experience in supply chain planning, operations planning, or deliver/network planning.
- Demonstrated leadership in Planning and IBP integration; ability to lead and influence in a matrix organization.
- 6–8+ years overall business experience focused on Planning/Deliver/Strategy and large programs.
- Proven success in complex, highly matrixed global environments.
- Validated ownership of IBP process and linkage to P&L/working capital.
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment (Customer Service, Warehousing, Transportation).
- Outstanding verbal and written communication.

Preferred:
- Experience in complex, multi-region distribution/logistics networks.
- Strong analytical/scenario planning/decision-framework development.
- 5+ years managerial experience representing Supply Chain or leadership teams.
- Critical thinking, learning agility, intellectual curiosity.
- APICS/CSCP/CLTD/CPIM and/or Lean Six Sigma; degree in Supply Chain/Operations/Engineering.
- Medical device or pharmaceutical supply chain experience; deep understanding of financial processes.

- Up to 10–15% domestic and international travel.
