Role: Lead and manage the Data Engineering & Delivery (DED) team within Natera's Data Science Production Engineering (DSPE) department, focusing on building and maintaining large-scale genomics data infrastructure. Responsibilities: oversee data ingestion pipelines, ETL processes, and data products supporting lab operations and clinical teams; develop technical specifications aligned with business needs; ensure operational effectiveness and compliance; and lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement. Qualifications: Master's degree in a relevant field (statistics, bioinformatics, computer science, etc.) with at least 5 years industry experience or a doctorate with 2+ years; minimum 2 years in a regulated environment such as CLIA or FDA; management experience leading data teams; proficiency in SQL, Python, data visualization, and genomics workflows; experience with healthcare data and version control systems.
