Manager, Medical Review & Communications, Global Medical Affairs

Role: Medical Review and Communications Manager supporting Global Medical Affairs for Kiniksa's cardiovascular-focused biopharma portfolio. Responsibilities: conduct medical review of promotional and medical content ensuring accuracy and compliance; develop and update medical communication materials such as slide decks, dossiers, and internal education resources; support advisory boards and HCP engagement activities; assist with sales certification initiatives; and maintain scientific communication platforms. Requirements: advanced scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) preferred; 2+ years in medical affairs or scientific/medical communications within biopharma; ability to interpret and simplify complex scientific data; strong attention to detail; excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; project management experience; proficiency in MS Office. High-value: focus on cardiovascular indications, immunology, inflammation, and biologics; role involves scientific content development, regulatory adherence, and stakeholder engagement; based in Lexington, MA, onsite five days/week; some travel required.
