Primary Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of marketing plans for legacy brands aligned to business objectives.
- Translate brand strategy into tactical initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and utilization.
- Manage brand messaging, positioning, and promotional activities across channels.
- Partner with Inside Sales to develop tools, messaging, and campaigns to support customer engagement and sales effectiveness.
- Ensure Inside Sales is equipped with clear, compelling, and compliant materials to promote products.
- Gather Inside Sales feedback to refine messaging and resources.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing to execute campaigns across channels (email, digital platforms, CRM tools).
- Support development of targeted campaigns for key customer segments.
- Use digital tools and insights to improve campaign performance and engagement.
- Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory/Legal, and Commercial Operations for aligned and compliant execution.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies/vendors as needed.
- Monitor brand performance and campaign effectiveness; analyze data to inform decisions.
- Support reporting and tracking of key marketing metrics.

Skills & Requirements
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and brand management.
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable marketing tactics.
- Collaboration across cross-functional teams; strong communication, organization, and project management.
- Comfort with digital tools, data, and campaign analytics.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 4+ years in pharmaceutical marketing or related commercial roles.
- Experience with mature/legacy brands preferred; inside sales or field sales preferred.
