The Consumer Marketing Manager will drive Arrowhead’s brand strategy across consumer/patient marketing for the cardiometabolic team, supporting patients with Familial Chylomicronemia Syndrome (FCS) and Severe Hypertriglyceridemia (SHTG). Over time, the role may expand to additional cardiometabolic indications/products. The role supports commercialization of Plozasiran for existing and future indications. Based in Pasadena, California (expected in office five days/week).

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to execute marketing programs.
- Collaborate with Market Access and PSP leads to execute the patient journey.
- Partner with HCP Marketing to bridge patient experience.
- Work closely with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, and Safety reviewers.
- Use commercial insights/analytics to track and measure marketing and promotional success.
- Partner with advocacy teams to ensure patient voice is reflected in executions and to develop patient-reaching programs.
- Lead consumer marketing tactics (CRM email, websites, social, digital partnerships, banners, video) aligned to brand positioning/messaging.
- Ensure promotional communications follow brand guidelines and regulatory guidelines.
- Support creation/updates to marketing materials.
- Partner with analytics for optimization recommendations.
- Support print needs (proofing and forecasting).
- Lead brand voice/identity across communications and enable omnichannel patient integration.
- Use market research/performance metrics to identify unmet needs and refine plans.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- 5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration; ability to lead strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication, leadership, prioritization, and project management skills.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter; works independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred
- Experience in the cardiometabolic space.
- 2 years managing consumer branding initiatives (in or ex-pharma).
- Travel >15%.
