Role Summary
This role serves as a trusted advisor to SKYRIZI Psoriatic commercial leadership, translating customer and market insights into actionable brand strategies. The Manager of Marketing Analytics will design, implement, manage, analyze, and communicate marketing analytics initiatives, deriving high-impact learnings from behavioral data. The role supports measurement of brand strategies and tactics at national and sub-national levels, and informs decision-making with thoughtful, data-driven recommendations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners is essential to develop reporting, analytics, and optimization solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as analytics partner to the SKYRIZI Psoriatic commercial team β and offer a wide variety of analytics solutions β ranging from reporting and tracking to advanced analytics in support of key business questions and strategies.
- Derive findings and implications from patient, physician, or account/practice analytics to strengthen commercial understanding of market dynamics, brand performance, and key opportunities; serve as a key contributor to the monthly business review, annual brand planning processes; and develop fact-based recommendations to optimize performance.
- Determine sub-national (physician, sales territory/region levels) drivers of brand performance, providing drill downs and diagnostics to performance dynamics driven by customer behavior to assist the brand in understanding performance.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of pharmaceutical data, data science and modeling techniques and the ability to synthesize insights into compelling narratives.
- Highly proficient in vendor and stakeholder management, driving learnings and formulating analytical strategies aligned with the key business questions.
- Ensure all marketing analytics activities are conducted in accordance with financial and ethical compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience in quantitative analysis of sales and marketing information is required, including use of this information in the development of business plans and strategies. Experience within the Pharma/Biotech industry is required.
- Strong analytical reasoning abilities, intellectual curiosity, strong business acumen, and creativity in problem solving.
- Advanced experience with 3rd party pharmaceutical data sources like IQVIA/SHS Sales and Claims Data (APLD, PTD, Xponent, NSP, NPA), and Specialty pharmacy data are preferred.
- Advanced experience with current analytical methods and extensive hands-on experience with Excel and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is required. Experience with machine learning tools is a plus.

Education
- Bachelorβs Degree required; Advanced degree preferred.
