Key Responsibilities
- Own the market supply chain planning process for an assigned portfolio of plants and/or products
- Participate in Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) to ensure supply plans are developed, communicated, and executed to support customer priorities
- Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) for Demand & Market Planning by providing key metrics, risks & opportunities, capacity utilization, escalations, and key decisions
- Own KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, Customer Delivery, Inventory, Backorder); determine root causes for out-of-range performance and develop/implement corrective measures
- Partner with Commercial/Product Operations to assess lead times and product availability for new business opportunities, bids, and tenders
- Provide capacity visibility (RCCP) across manufacturing/packaging sites, highlighting supply opportunities and risks
- Support and implement global inventory policies, replenishment strategies, and master data maintenance
- Manage inventory levels to balance service, cost, and working capital targets, including safety stock target setting and attainment
- Regularly review Master Production Schedule to ensure Supply Network Planning elements are timely, accurate, and relevant
- Facilitate weekly supply huddles; identify root causes of service failures, balance short-term supply and demand, and align with Commercial peers
- Lead operational excellence and process improvement projects
- Follow Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) policies and procedures
- Other projects and duties as required/assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field; minimum 5 years’ experience with demonstrated knowledge of supply chain concepts and “best practices”
- Experience in supply chain management, demand & supply planning, inventory management, and Sales & Operations planning
Preferred/Desirable Skills
- APICS certification (desirable, not required)
- Lean Six Sigma experience (preferred)

- Leadership experience in a global matrix environment; ability to lead/driving change and handle ambiguity
- Strong influence and communication skills across all organization levels
- High sense of urgency and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with advanced planning systems (SAP IBP, SAP APO, Kinaxis, etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Pharmaceutical experience (desirable, not required)
- Motivated self-starter and self-finisher
Benefits
- Annual starting salary: $99,000–$124,000 (factors may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and qualifications)
