Manager Manufacturing Solution Prep - Nights

What You Will Do
- Champion a safe, compliant production environment with structured on-the-floor presence (Gemba).
- Lead on-the-floor manufacturing operations: supervise, coach, hire, onboard, and develop staff; ensure training/capability and readiness to meet production requirements.
- Deliver production targets; coordinate daily task allocation and plan with scheduling for short- to mid-term needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Quality, EHSS, Engineering/Maintenance, Process Development/Engineering, Supply Chain, Regulatory Compliance) to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and process enhancement (Operational Excellence/Lean principles); eliminate non-value-added activities.
- Support OnePlant model, reliability/agility/efficiency via I-530 pathway and Agile Workforce (cross-training and dynamic resource allocation).
- Assist in strategy development/execution; translate priorities into daily/weekly/shift execution plans; anticipate risks and build contingencies.

Qualifications
- Basic: High school/GED + 12 years Manufacturing/Operations OR Associate +10 OR Bachelor +5 OR Master +3 OR Doctorate.
- Plus: experience directly managing people and/or leading teams/projects/programs or directing resource allocation.
- Preferred: Life Sciences/Engineering background; cGMP/regulated environment knowledge; change management; Operational Excellence/Lean; performance management (coaching/conflict resolution/reviews); strong communication/urgency/analytical problem-solving; flexibility to manage change; digital tools fluency incl. AI.
