Manager, Manufacturing Operations

Role: Manager of Manufacturing Operations overseeing day-to-day activities at a cGMP Drug Product Facility. Responsibilities: manage staff, prioritize tasks, maintain compliance, author/review batch documentation, lead investigations, implement process improvements, collaborate with internal/external departments on maintenance and upgrades, and mentor team members. Requirements: Bachelor's in science, engineering, or technical field; 4+ years industry experience including supervisory duties; knowledge of cGMP, process validation, and pharmaceutical development; proficiency in QbD, DoE, SPC, and data analysis. Work Setup: on-site first shift with possible shift flexibility; training in Cambridge and Leiden; support for onboarding through early 2027.
