Role: Manufacturing Manager I overseeing cell therapy production processes in a cGMP environment, focusing on process execution, compliance, and continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's in science or engineering; 5+ years in cGMP cell therapy or bioprocessing manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role involving performance management; experience with aseptic processing, bioreactors, and cell handling techniques highly preferred.
